In 2023, the U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. Vivek Murthy, said America is suffering from an epidemic of loneliness, and that men are the number one demographic most affected by that loneliness. In today’s episode, I explain why I agree with the Surgeon General's assessment and offer some advice to remedy the situation.
