I first heard the expression “God’s Playground for Grownups” from a friend (RIP). What I liked about it was that it addresses one of our sexual needs head on: our sexual need for play and humor.

Sexual play and humor between partners can open up infinite possibilities in the bedroom. It can also greatly reduce stress and pressure and keep us from becoming overly serious, even frightened, of exploring our sexuality as we grow older.
